In today’s episode we get to chat with Kristen Carden again! She was originally a guest on episode 44 discussing worship and today we discuss burn out. I think this is a very important subject for many individuals in our culture! It was a fun discussion! One funny observation was that Kristen mentions boundaries in the beginning of the episode, and at the end of the episode we both forgot that we had mentioned it! It was a good thing to circle back on though!
We both hope this episode helps individuals in that many of us can become burnt out and usually the results are damaging on a variety of fronts! Thanks for tuning in!
