It has been quite some time since I put out a good old-fashioned blog post, whether an update or more. So, I figured I would hop on and list some things out!

First and foremost, Tiptoeing through TULIP has been out for a while, with a good chunk of copies sold! I hope that those of you who picked it up are enjoying it! If you were one of those individuals who picked up the book and found the book valuable, would you take a moment to share your thoughts through a review? It would mean a lot to me and help others discover this resource.

In today’s age, reviews are significant in helping people find valuable resources, especially in a sea of books on the same subject. (I don’t know about y’all, but even in brick-and-mortar shops, I’ll look up the book I’m considering online first to see reviews).

That said, your review can make a real difference in pointing others to a resource that you see as valuable. So, if you believe Tiptoeing Through TULIP is a useful tool for your theological toolbox, please consider letting others know.

If you haven’t picked up the book, but it sounds interesting, you can do so from several retailers online, such as Barnes and Noble, Walmart, Thrift Books, and a handful of others. Of course, the book can be picked up via Amazon as well here.

Related to Tiptoeing was the release of the third edition of Holidays and the Feasts, which included a major facelift and some expansions. This is also available via Barnes and Noble, Walmart, etc (though the Hardcover is limited to Amazon). I mention this to point to CITC press.

It was never announced (I think?), but if you take a peek at the copyright page of either book mentioned above, you’ll read “Published by Christ is the Cure,” and that is because CITC has its own imprint now and is its own publisher.

On top of publishing books that I want to write myself, I do hope to work on some editing projects, publishing various Christian Writings (ancient and otherwise). One project I may take up sooner rather than later is a more comprehensive collection of protestant confessions. What that looks like currently is unknown, as I have a handful of projects fighting for my attention as is.

Needless to say, I hope to have more books being published going down the line.

That said, a 65-page (I think it’s 65) epub/pdf is now available for patrons, and that article are the notes from the Halloween and the Reformation episodes, formatted and lightly edited to be read. Thankfully, kindle makes it easy now to drop an epub to your device, meaning you can read it and reference it like any other Kindle book. This article will be a patron-exclusive until next year.

Speaking of Patron content: patron’s exclusive course on the Seven Ecumenical Councils is also almost at a close, as I publish the installment on the 5th council next week. I think we’ll wrap it up before Thanksgiving.

While Patron exclusives are a bit slow to come out, I hope that they can show Patrons my appreciation. CITC is subscriber-supported, and it is because of patrons that CITC continues on. We have actually dropped below our minimal funding requirements, so if you find CITC to be worthy of support, prayerfully consider joining the support team at patreon.com/christisthecure so that I can guarantee a fifth season.

The last big update is that on November 9th, we begin the anticipated series on Denominations. The series will try to be under 15 episodes. It will have necessary introduction materials and then cover various traditions by looking at their history briefly, theological distinctives, emphasis, ecclesiology structure, and views on the sacraments or ordinances.

That’s all I have for you all right now! Thank you for being a part of CITC, and I look forward to beginning the next series with you all!

Nick Campbell
